Pumpkin Turkey Chili

Ingredients:
PUMPKIN TURKEY CHILI
16 oz. 99% Fat Free Ground Turkey
1 can 100% pure pumpkin
2 medium green bell peppers
1 can ( 3 3/10 cups) crushed tomatoes no salt added
1 container (1 4/5 cups) white beans
½ Tbsp onion powder
½ cup water
Himalyan pink salt, black pepper, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice to taste
Chop green peppers and set aside
Cook ground turkey in a pan with cooking spray + ½ cup of water until it is fully cooked through
Add in green peppers and onion powder
In a large sauce pan, add pumpkin, crushed tomatoes and white beans, cook on medium heat until it starts to bubble
Add ground turkey, peppers and onion powder mixture to the sauce pan
Cook on medium heat for about 10-15 minutes, adding the pink salt, black pepper, cinnamon and pumpkin spice
Serve with baked corn tortillas cut evenly into sections to make chips (bake at 350 for 8 minutes) and top with your choice of toppings – Nonfat Greek yogurt and low fat cheese are a tasty option
