Overnight Oatmeal W/Strawberries

Heart healthy overnight oats

1/3 cup Quaker Oats

1/4 cup cashew milk

1/2 tbsp flax seed

2 tbsp powdered PB

1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder

1-3 packets of stevia (spending on the level of sweetness desired)

1/2 strawberries

Mix all ingredients together in a mason jar and let sit overnight. Add in strawberries and a drizzle of maple syrup in the morning for the perfect heart healthy, quick and easy breakfast.
