I like the one-on-one focused training that targets my needs and helps me to reach my goals. I am learning more about strength training and cardio and realize I am capable of more than I thought possible. My trainer, Moonin, is excellent at breaking down my long term goals into short term goals that are attainable. He also pushes me beyond what I would have done on my own and I am successful (sometimes to my surprise!). FT is exactly what I need. I always look forward to coming because I learn something new each time I come and I feel so much better! I have even learned how to breathe! The newsletter is helpful and the suggestions and articles from Maria! Everyone is friendly and happy to offer suggestions. What a great team! Thank you!

I like the personalized approach. You know that the workout program is geared to your abilities and takes into account any injuries or weak areas you may have. At the same time, the trainers will challenge and push you to try exercises that you think you're not strong enough to perform. The nutrition service via My Fitness Pal is great. I have found Maria's input and critique of my eating plan very helpful.

After ten years of gradual weight gain from a busy but physically inactive lifestyle, I joined fitness together with the goal of getting back in shape and losing some weight.  Brian and his team at Fitness Together team helped me set goals and develop a realistic plan to achieve them.  Six months later, I am l much healthier, feeling great, and down 30 pounds*—results that I had never been able to achieve on my own.  Most importantly, working with FT has helped me make lifestyle changes to improve my fitness and nutrition while also meeting the demands of work and family.

I always look forward to my workouts, which are challenging and effective, but also realistic and achievable.  The program has worked well for me because Brian and his team are fun and easy to work with, but also constantly challenging and motivating me.  I find that all of the trainers have a very good sense of my abilities and know how and when to push me to the next level.  As a result, I have quickly progressed from pretty basic workouts to doing exercises that were challenging even when I was younger and in shape.  Although I have achieved many of my initial goals, I know I will continue to benefit from the support and motivation from the Fitness Together team and would recommend them to anyone looking to make healthy lifestyle changes.

I LOVE the personal feeling. The atmosphere is upbeat, lots of laughs and encouragement. The time flies by!

I would say if you have been avoiding exercise and fitness training, this is THE PLACE to go! You will really feel a desire to go to your sessions, not only because you feel better afterwards but because you enjoy the company of the trainer, and the other staff and clients. I also like the size of the facility. Very personal, non-competitive, friendly, convenient, and FUN!

I have been a client at Fitness Together in Natick for over three years and have had the chance to work with all of the trainers there. I love going there and no matter how tired I may be going in, I look forward to feeling energized afterward.  The workouts have a great balance of strength and cardio and the routine is always different. I am definitely stronger than I have ever been before and I love that feeling! I had been trying to lose just a few extra pounds with no luck, but after this year of weekly training, that extra weight is finally gone. The trainers are wonderful, there seems to be an endless variety of exercises to do and the time just flies by. It’s a great place!

Fitness Together/Natick is a friendly, comfortable environment where you get personal attention and high quality workouts.  I started at FT/N 4 years ago after a period of poor health left me apathetic about getting myself back in condition for the ski season.  Four years later, I am still a client because it is clear that Adam and Andy do a far better job challenging me than I would do for myself. The result is I am now a far better skier than I ever was even in my younger years!  A nice bonus is that my body is better toned and it’s easier to find clothes that fit!  For anyone who cares about getting the best results out of their exercise program, I would encourage them to contact FT Natick.*

At my 50 year old physical, my doctor said I was a ‘Lipitor” candidate but he would give me three months to do something about it. That is where Tony and his crew at Fitness Together came in. In those three months I lowered my cholesterol 30 points and my blood pressure 20*. With no major lifestyle changes, just a commitment to well being, they have me in the best shape of my life at 51. (Not to mention my wife loves my new “guns.”)

I've been going to Fitness Together in Belmont for a little over 3 years now and it has been working for me in ways I would never have guessed when I started.  I love the friendliness and  competence of all the trainers. Each trainer has a different personal style, but they are all great!  Paula smiles nicely and doesn't let me stop working; Brian explains body dynamics and nutrition; Paul connects with me no matter how I'm feeling - and then gets me moving and feeling better. They all let me be crabby and complain if I want, but I usually leave much happier than when I arrive. Because of their emphasis on form and good body mechanics, I've been able to do things I would never have dreamed  of attempting by myself or in a regular fitness class.  Without injury (knock on iron).

I've enjoyed the weight-training since I started, and recently decided I wanted some really heavy lifting.  FT obliged with a program that has increased my strength, shaped my body and made me able to lift wiggly grandchildren safely and repeatedly.  Today, working with PJ (the owner), I reached my goal of a 100-pound incline chest press!  It's awesome working with him - he trains my body and my mind to accomplish much more than I think I can do.

At Fitness Together, I've discovered the joys of the bench and the lifting cage.  Not the usual thing for an older retired woman would say - but something that really suits me.  FT really does provide individualized coaching and support. Some of us are runners; some are lifters; some are dancers.  It feels right to work with people who can design programs that enable each of us to do more of what we love, and to expand our ideas of what we can do.

I graduated from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst with a degree in Human Nutrition. I have had a lifelong passion for fitness and healthy living and that is what led me to pursue a degree in this field. From there, I became a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) as well as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) also through the NSCA. I have been training since 2005, and I have experience working with a wide range of clients with varying fitness levels. I have worked in studio and gym settings as well as in a rehabilitation facility. My passion is to have each person that I work with excited about making fitness a part of their lives and show them that it can be fun as well. I always look forward to meeting new people and introducing new ways to get you to sweat!

Hello! My name is Adam. Certified as a personal trainer since 2005, I have found my niche in the universe and love working with my clients each and every day. I joined the Fitness Together Natick team in 2007 and recently became the proud co-owner of the studio. In addition to my personal training certification, I am also a certified Lifestyle Fitness Coach, Secondary Post Rehabilitation Specialist, Sports Nutrition Specialist and recently, completed an introduction to MS (Multiple Sclerosis) for Fitness and Wellness Professionals in order to better assist clients battling the disease with their personal fitness goals.

I truly enjoy coming to work everyday and value the personal relationships I have formed with my clients over the years. It was these important connections that inspired me to own the studio, and I am so excited for this next step in my career!

  • Andy Wong

Andy graduated in 2015 from the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. During that time, he became certified through ACE (American Council on Exercise) in 2013. He has competed in NPC Men’s Physique in 2012 and has been a track and field athlete throughout his teenage years. He also has experience with cross country and football training.
