Stop Procrastinating

In light of the unfortunate terrorist attack on Monday I can't help but think about how every second of every day counts. Therefore it bogles my mind that so many of us procrastinate on so many aspects of our lives and taking action never happens. Therefore, I'd like to challenge each and every one reading this blog post to do onething today, this week, or this month that will significantly impact your life and those around you. Just one small thing. Walk 30 more minutes, eat a healthy breakfast, donate your time and energy to a cause, call an old friend, or tell a loved one how much they mean to you. Life is precious and all too often we are not participants in life but mere observers. Don't let fear interfer with creating a life worth talking about.
