Are you making the most out of your time?
If time is money and money is stressful, I think a great way to become healthier is start being more efficient with our waking hours. The more efficient you can be with time, the less stress you will have.

Here are a few tips to get the most out of your 24 hours...

1. Cook meals in bulk.
2. Exer...cise more intensely, not longer.
3. Get on a good exercise program that incorporates large muscle groups.
4. Eat nuts as a healthy snack. (Cheap, no cooking, non perishable, no clean up)
5. Make morning to do lists so you do not back track.
