Gretchen has enjoyed her experiences working in the Health and Wellness field for over 20 years now.  She graduated from Missouri State University with a Bachelors of Science in Wellness and Health Promotion in 1998, received her Personal Training Certification through The American Council on Exercise in 1998, Yoga Instructors Certification in 1999, and then a Naturopathic degree in 2005. Gretchen has been with Fitness Together for over 11 years now. Her work experience has continually been in fitness and wellness environments including St. Luke's Hospital at corporate wellness sites and alternative health care clinics doing personal training and nutrition consulting.  Her two vibrant, active daughters help remind her of the importance to remain fit throughout our lives, creating the best opportunity for ourselves to live long and healthy lives. Gretchen is thankful to be in this environment, helping people on a personal level, assessing personal fitness needs, motivating and educating clients to accomplish their goals through different modes of training. She feels that here at FT, we have the absolute best trainers in the area, who work as a team of trainers to give each individual the ideal personal training experience that gets results!!  Her goal here at Fitness Together is to create a positive impact on everyone's health that comes into the Fitness Together studio!

Kaley Hauschild

Lead Personal Trainer

Kaley has always had a passion for health and wellness along with helping others,and that passion has only grown over time. She has experience in many fields including nutrition, public health, sports performance, Olympic lifts, and coaching various age groups. Graduating with Corporate Wellness and also Therapeutic Recreation undergrad degrees, She has the understanding of what it takes to improve individual wellness and personal health mentally and physically. During her time at Northwest Missouri State, she spent her summers working on promoting active lifestyles from being a recreational programmer for people with disabilities to a strength and conditioning coach at the high school and youth level.With her graduate degree having an emphasis in positive coaching, she has learned how to better relate to clients and athletes, and what she can do to ensure that together we reach their goals. Kaley enjoys being in an environment that involves helping people better themselves mentally and physically, while being a leader and motivator in the process. She values the hard work and dedication it takes to be a motivator to others and constantly strive to meet the challenges that are in front of her.

Being a part of the Fitness Together team helps her to use the skills and knowledge she has attained through her degrees and experiences. Kaley chose to be a part of this field because she wants to help others reach the goals they are working towards, all while helping our clients to develop confidence and self-belief outside of their training

Hunter is passionate trainer, who loves helping our clients staying focused on their goals, especially overall strength improvements and fat loss.  He was a physics major at Missouri State University and decided Personal Training was more of his passion after being an athlete most of his life.  He enjoys helping others find what they enjoy about fitness and assisting in ways to help them maintain that enjoyment in order to continue a heathy lifestyle throughout their lives.

Jenny loves being a trainer, as she is driven to help others enjoy the benefits of fitness that she has enjoyed herself.  Growing up as an athlete and having a trainer for herself, she knows what it takes to remain focused on needed changes and how to maintain a level of fitness you need to be your best. Jenny is certified through National Academy of Sports Medicine.  She finds that physical fitness is essential to improving quality of life and loves helping others improve their overall function to improve their quality of life as well!

Certified Personal Trainer

Abby earned her Personal Trainer Certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She is always enthusiastic about equipping others with the tools they need to be healthy and energetic. Both her education and her personal fitness journey have provided her excellent insight that she uses to connect with and relate to clients. She also studied music in college and it continues to be one of her passions. Abby's favorite pastimes include running, cycling, and reading. Abby is a great part of the FT training team, helping guide clients through their individualized workouts in a positive, understanding, and motivating manner.

Certified Personal Trainer with Tai Chi / Self Defense / Martial arts focus

Dorri graduated from Boston College and is a certified Personal Trainer through ACSM. She brings 35 years of professional fitness experience to Fitness Together and she loves helping clients discover true fitness levels with a strong body, clam mind, vibrant spirit, built through weight training, balance, flexibility, cardio, and the right mind set.  We are so happy to have Dorri on the FT team to help our clients achieve their fitness goals!
