How does your program work?

For those who've never worked with a trainer at Fitness Together, we incorporate strength training, cardiovascular training and nutrition to provide a total fitness solution to your needs.

A program is designed after first meeting in a consultation to assess your current abilities, lifestyle, limitations and needs. Once you start our program, results are measured regularly to provide feedback as to the progress you're making.

Q: How long until I see results?

A: We assess our clients regularly. Our clients who have followed our complete weekly plan and journaled their healthy nutrition plans have consistently seen positive results, including remarkable improvements in strength and endurance during this period. Like most things in life, the more YOU put into it, the more YOU will get out of it.

Typically we have seen 5lbs lost in as little as a month....

Q: How many times a week does the typical client work out?

A: There are no “typical” clients – everyone’s program is unique to their goals, their time commitment, and their budget. Some of our clients train 2-4 times per week.

Q: What are the trainers' qualifications?

A: It is standard hiring practice at Fitness Together Lake Forest to hire only trainers with at least a bachelor's in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Exercise Physiology or the equivelant from reputable degree programs. In addition every trainer holds at least one nationally accredited certification including NASM, ACSM or NSCA.
