Rick Furman
March 2016 Client of the Month

Rick Furman has been training at Fitness Together for 5 months now.  He is down almost 15 lbs. and about 20 inches overall!  He has also made significant gains and aerobic fitness, strength, and flexibility. Rick's original goals were to lose weight, reduce body fat, increase strength, and to get fit.  He has always been a member of a gym and lifted weights on his own, but in the last ten years has not had a training partner and his job took more and more of his time. This gave Rick more excuses to miss workouts.  Before his workouts were predominately strength-focused only -- no core or cardiovascular endurance exercises. Now with the help of his trainers, Rick has a very well balanced program challenging all areas of physical fitness.

Some obstacles that have prevented Rick from achieving his fitness goals were always working too much or not having friends who are interested in fitness.  He heard about FT from the WOKI 98.7 morning radio show and did his own research on the internet.  Ultimately, the qualified trainers at Fitness Together were his deciding factor!  The most noticeable changes for Rick since October has been weight loss and being slimmer, stronger, and more flexible! He has also had major improvements in his aerobic fitness and lowered his blood pressure!!!  Rick wants to lose more weight, to increase core strength, and to run a 5K. His hard work and determination definitely make Rick a great client to train!  Keep it up and great job!!!
