Many times I see clients come into the studio with sneakers that are way to old!!! Most people are not aware that a typical athletic shoe can only last 3 to 8 months. Nagging little niggles in the form of sore arches; shin pain and achy knees or other small annoyances will start to manifest themselves when you're not getting the right support and protection from your shoes.
