What does it mean to be consistent? It means sticking to a workout program although at times it might seem stale. It means staying on your designated meal plan and fighting unwanted cravings.
Maybe you’ll wake up one day without the motivation to workout…you might forget about the missed workout, but your body won’t. It’s not always easy, but that’s why it’s called willpower.
