Sore Feet? Try this

Foot pain affects millions around the world. Whether it’s the result of un-stretched muscles, exercise fatigue, or simply spending all day on your feet, pedal pain can be downright excruciating. Thankfully, there’s an easy solution that can help alleviate the problem.

Try this easy exercise to help kick most lingering or chronic foot aches.

Stand facing a wall with only a few inches between it and your nose. Bring one foot toward the wall and raise the your toes high enough to allow you to plant the ball of your foot flush against it. Keep your heel against the ground, and then lean forward, supporting the bulk of your weight with the angled foot (your foot should be at roughly a 45 degree angle).

Repeat with the other foot. Try this a few times throughout the day, and see if it helps reduce any pain you’re experiencing.
