Don’t Forget To Eat!

Sometimes we decide to workout on an empty stomach, but the truth is it’s a bad idea! Your body needs fuel, so give it some healthy nutrients 1 ½ - 2 hours before you workout, so you will feel energized and ready to go. If you don’t eat at all you will most likely feel nauseous, dizzy, or lethargic during exercise.

The same stress should be placed upon getting food after a workout, because your muscles need nutrients to repair themselves after being placed under extreme stress.

Do yourself a favor and grab a bite to eat. Starving yourself isn’t helping anybody.
