Three days a week, cut your diet down to high-fiber vegetables and protein with very, very limited carbohydrates. Balance your caloric intake by increasing the amount of clean carbs you eat on up days. The extreme ebb and flow of your cycling diet will help kick your metabolism into overdrive, making it easier to burn those final pesky pounds.
