Do you offer memberships?

A: One of the main differences between Fitness Together and a regular gym is that we do not require our clients to pay membership fees or lock them into yearly contracts.  We sell sessions by the hour – you can buy as many as you want.

How long are your personal training sessions?

A: Our sessions are all one hour long, including a 15-minute warm-up and 45 minutes of training in one of our private training suites.  We also highly encourage our clients to cool down on our cardio for a minimum of five minutes afterwards, or continue for 15-20 more minutes for maximum conditioning.  Generally speaking, you should plan on spending from 60 to 80 minutes at each personal training session.

How much do your personal training sessions cost?

A: The price per personal training session varies based on the package you purchase. Like most things, the more you buy the less you pay per session. Our fitness packages also bundle in other services such as fitness assessments.

If budget is a barrier, you might want to ask yourself how much you have invested in things in the past that haven't worked. Look at your current budget for memberships, activities, hobbies and other expenses (like golf, tennis, shopping, dining out, hair and nails, etc.).

If you want to look and feel better when you are doing those things, you're going to have to make a commitment to yourself and invest in improving your life.

Q: How long until I see results?

A: We assess our clients regularly. Our clients who have followed our complete weekly plan and journaled their healthy nutrition plans have consistently seen positive results, including remarkable improvements in strength and endurance during this period. Like most things in life, the more YOU put into it, the more YOU will get out of it.

Typically we have seen 5lbs lost in as little as a month....

Q: How many times a week does the typical client work out?

A: There are no “typical” clients – everyone’s program is unique to their goals, their time commitment, and their budget.  Some of our clients train 2-4 times per week.

4 times per week for best results.
