Many people consider peanut butter to be a great source of protein, but it has over twice the amount of fat than it does protein. Making it a good source of fat rather than protein. We’ve all been there, shoveling in spoonfuls and not measuring out the recommended serving size of 2 tablespoons. It can be so easy to eat, but dangerous considering an 18 oz jar has over 3,000 calories and 250 grams of fat! Try swapping out your traditional peanut butter for peanut butter powder.

The lower back takes more repetitive stress than what we may reliaze.  Every day we use our lumbar region to sit, stand, lay, etc.  Even if we are sore or achy, we may not realize it is this repetitive motion causing pain.  The idea if we don't use it, we lose it has never been more applicable!  If we don't use the range of motion in our hips and lower back, those hips won't fall off, but we will lose the range of motion in them and the ability to move properly.
