What I value most, I have never heard a negative comment about any of the clients from the FT staff. The trainers work well together and get along Great. I started in October 2018, at that time, I was so out of shape and overweight, I could not tie my shoes sitting down, I had to stand and put my foot on a chair to tie my shoe because my stomach was so large. Also, in 2016 I had a complete tear of my left shoulder rotator cuff that did not heal 100%. The two trainers that I worked with the majority of the time are Mara Stratton and Nicholas Hall. Mara is great to work with; she makes the workouts fun. She has helped my left shoulder injury to feel much better; I have more mobility and flexibility in my shoulder because of the exercises she knew would help me. Nicholas is my primary trainer, who I owe all my gains to, I'm a lot stronger, I have lost fat and have more energy than I ever thought possible. He does know what he is doing. There is a science to exercising. He knows when an exercise was too challenging for me to do and would stop and give a different activity that I could handle. Astonishing skilled trainer!
