Ken is the owner of Fitness Together in Hingham. He received a B.A. degree from Assumption College and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association). He is also a graduate of the National Personal Training Institute, which consisted of a 500 hour intensive program covering all scientific aspects and practical application of fitness training. Before becoming an owner, Ken worked at the Fitness Together in Lincoln, MA as a fitness professional and manager.
Ken enjoys personalizing workouts for clients of all ages and fitness levels. He ensures clients achieve their goals through customized fitness plans and accountability. His philosophy entails incorporating functional exercises into every workout in order to maximize fitness potential and improve the quality of every day life.
