"'An Appointment With Myself"

As the owner of MontanoSolaria and MoSo films, my personal time seems to always be occupied with website development meeting, video projects or client meetings.  It's way too easy to make excuses NOT to work out!

That's why I make "Appointments With Myself" at Fitness Together Denver.  If a client wants an 8:15 am meeting on Tuesdays or Thursdays, I tell them it's taken by a very important meeting.

You'd be surprised how working out can become a regular part of your week.  And now I'm biking 5 miles round trip to work a few days a week.  It's a fun way to get some cardio accomplished too!"
