On the 3rd Day of Fitness, Your Fitness Together Trainer Says to Thee: "Get in at least 30 minutes of cardio daily to burn extra holiday calories and boost your body's metabolism."

 

On the 4th Day of Fitness, Your Fitness Together Trainer Says to Thee:
