Fitness Together Kids Conditioning Camp

Get your child fit and healthy this summer!

Fitness Together offers semi-private personal strength and conditioning sessions for your child. Whether you want your child to be better conditioned and stronger to excel at their chosen sport, or just to be healthier and more active, we can help. 

Our semi-private sessions of 3 children or less gives your child much more focused attention and guidance than other large group camps or classes. Many large conditioning and sport training classes for kids are understaffed and cannot provide the real attention to form and detail that young children and athletes need to truly improve their performance and movement ability. 

Our personal trainers will work directly with your child on the proper techniques needed to increase athletic performance and conditioning. Running, jumping, stamina, strength and balance are all necessary components of a complete conditioning and athletic development program. 

Sessions are forming now. We can take 3 children per time slot. The Conditioning Camp is 4 weeks long, with two 45 minute sessions each week, performed indoors in our private studio. The cost for the camp is $179. 

Conditioning Camp #1 starts week of June 6th and runs through the month of June.

Sessions will be held between 12 and 3 pm. 

Group A. - Ages 10, 11 and 12

Group B. - Ages 13, 14 and 15

Time slots: 12:45,  1:30, 2:15, 3 pm.
