I don't believe in the word "diet" anymore. After working with Fitness Together, I realized it's as simple as a change in your lifestyle. Aside from eating and exercising, they work with you on setting up long-term and short-term goals to help set up "good" habits while eliminating "bad" habits.
Fitness Together does an excellent job of making sure you are aware of what you eat and how often. The best thing for me was to start my food journal, which after 3 months, I still use it on a daily basis. My trainer brought to light what kind of foods I should be eating and how often I should eat them. Once you keep track of what goes into your month you'd be amazed at how quickly your eating habits change.
My trainer at Fitness Together worked one-on-one with me through every aspect of my routine; from working on various trouble spots to watching my form while giving me constant reassurance or advice. I never know what to expect at each and every session and I love that! I am constantly challenged!
