My whole life I have struggled with being over weight, but these last few years things really spiraled out of control. I had many excuses, but there should be no excuse for not having a healthy life. You know it is time to make a change when the doctor tells you, that you could be a candidate for weight loss surgery. I joined Fitness Together about 6 months ago. My goal was to lose weight, and become a healthier person. As a result I’ve gained more energy and become more confident with my day-to-day activities. In addition to my high energy levels, I now crave exercise. I never thought I would say that but it’s true. Every day, I can’t wait to go to FT and use exercise to relieve my every day stress. Today, with the help of Fitness Together, I have lost 82lbs. Besides losing weight, I’ve been able to run and jog, which in the past I have NEVER been able to do for more than a minute. Due to my weight lose I no longer have knee, or back pains. My blood pressure is lower and my energy levels are very high. Most importantly, I’m a happier person! I attribute my success to a combination of healthy eating habits, and the trainers at Fitness Together. Their personal approach to exercising keeps me motivated. Each trainer has a different style that keeps each session unique and interesting while keeping a constant focus on what I need to do to get the best results.
