Before joining Fitness Together, I was leading an inactive lifestyle. As time passed, I noticed my overall body strength was deteriorating and I began getting pains in places that had never hurt before (right knee, lower back and right hip). It had been 10+ years since I had officially worked out. While I knew I was in need of help, I did not know how to get started.

Then, I saw an advertisement for Fitness Together. Fitness Together offers something much more personal than other gyms. I liked that I could rely on the expertise of professionals that really know about health, fitness and nutrition. I made an appointment and was instantly impressed by the individualized attention and personalized program…”1 Client, 1 Trainer, 1Goal” was exactly the right combination for me.

I committed to 3 personal training sessions per week and 2 weekly cardio sessions. Within 30 days, I saw inches drop from all areas of my body.* I started fitting into clothes that I had not worn in almost a decade. I credit DeAngelo and Daniel for my results, because they create a unique combination of exercises for each training session, maximizing our time together by effectively working multiple muscle groups concurrently. They also demonstrate their commitment by “raising the bar” for each session, while providing the right amount of direction and encouragement needed.

It is amazing to see the progress I’ve made from where I started to where I am now in just a little over 3 months. My overall body strength has improved significantly and, more important, I’ve regained self confidence.* My husband, daughter, co-workers and friends have all noticed the transformation.
