In this workout you have to complete 5 rounds straight thru with 1 minute rest at the end of each round. Do the best you can but remember what you put in is what you get out!
10 Push Ups
15 Squats
20 Mountain Climbers
25 Jumping Jacks
:30 Plank
Make sure to increase volume if any is too easy.
