The winner will have gathered the most amount of points for the duration of the challenge, which starts January 11th and runs until March 1st.
Most points are based off of your HR monitor to earn points.
Base point = 1 point for doing at least 30 minutes of cardio, in the studio.
1 Point = Tracking food in My Fitness Pal, 1 per week.
2 Points = In the yellow or red zone for 2/3 of the workout.
An additional 15 minutes of cardio on the rower.
An additional 10 minutes HIIT session added to your cardio session.
3 Points = Winter activity, be sure to wear your HR monitor so there is a history of the activity.
Adding an extra session for the week.
4 Points = Scheduling a Fitness Assessment.
