  1. First super set
    • Bulgarian Split Squat x 12 (each)
    • Push-ups x 15
  2. Second super set
    • Lateral Squat walk (sumo stance) x10 (each way)
    • Plank → Row → Reach x 12 (each side)
  3. Third super set
    • Squat Jumps x:45 seconds
    • Inch-worms x:45 seconds
