Spring Is Coming!

Feb 26, 2016

As winter comes to an end, those of us who prefer to get our cardio outside rather than on a treadmill or elliptical machine can finally look forward to getting back outdoors here in Belmont, MA and the surrounding areas. Whether you prefer hiking, running, or biking there are plenty of options for you as it starts to warm up in the coming weeks. Right here in Belmont there is the habitat education center and wildlife sanctuary, which has several scenic trails to enjoy from the short (0.5 miles) Turtle Pond Loop to the 7 mile Western Greenway Trail which will take you into Waltham, MA.

If biking is more your thing, you can check out the Fresh Pond Paths or the Fitchburg Cutoff Bike Path here in the Belmont/Cambridge area or the much more ambitious 14 mile Charles River Bike Paths that run from Watertown to Boston, MA which takes you on a tour of both banks alongside the Charles River, and past the Museum of Science and the Boston Esplanade.

Schedule a complimentary fit evaluation so we can get to know you and your goals and build you a customized training program to reach them.
