Here is Sarah's Gnocchi Recipe:

Ground Turkey Cauliflower Gnocchi

Ingredients:
Cauliflower Gnocchi (from Trader Joe's) -1 bag
1 lb Ground Turkey
1 Jar (24 oz) of your favorite tomato sauce
½ Yellow onion
½ cup fresh peas
1 cup fresh spinach
2-3 Cloves of garlic
Salt
Pepper
Hot Sauce (optional)
Parmesan (optional)

Cooking Instructions:
Saute ground turkey.
Add garlic, onion, salt and pepper.
Once cooked add tomato sauce, peas, spinach and hot sauce, and let it simmer.
In different pan cook gnocchi (follow instructions on back of bag).
Once gnocchi is done, add turkey sauce.
Sprinkle a little parmesan on top & enjoy!
