Hey guys! Short on time? Couldn't get to Fitness Together Belmont ? Here's a great workout you can do at home to make sure you are staying on track with your progress!
Jumping Jacks- Push Ups - Squats - Crunches -
Burpees - Stationary Lunges - Mountain Climbers - Russian Twists
Perform this circuit for 30 seconds On / 15 seconds Off. No stopwatch? No problem! Perform each exercise for 12-15 repetitions without any rest until the entire circuit is complete. Always remember to watch your form throughout the workout and to push yourselves for max results!
