Training Frequency: 2 one-on-one sessions per week
Nutrition: Arun eats four meals each day, while making sure to get the proper ratio od protein, fat, and carbs that will help him to reach his goals.
Results: Since starting here at FT back in the spring, Arun has achieved some great results. Not only has he gained three pounds of muscle and lowered his Resting Heart Rate, but he has also gained inches in both his arms and shoulders. Keep up the great work, Arun!
