Harry has been involved in sports and physical activities since he was a young kid. He continued sports throughout high school, mainly focusing on wrestling, track and field, and cross country. Delving into the different strategies and sciences behind strength training, hypertrophy training, and performance based nutrition have always been deep interests of his. However, it was not until after trying out different, unrelated majors, and bouncing around to different colleges that in 2018 he decided to get a formal education at the American Academy of Personal Training in Boston and received his personal training certificate from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Harry still competes in road races, marathons, and Spartan races, today and is looking forward to continuing his education in the field. He joined us at Fitness Together in November.
