What was your reason for starting at Fitness Together?
I was in my mid-forties and realized I needed to improve my flexibility, stamina and overall physical fitness and knew I needed a trainer to keep me accountable vs a traditional gym.
What has Fitness Together helped you with most?
Strength, flexibility, stamina, balance and most importantly the ability to commit to working out. And working around or helping strengthen my injuries i.e. neck and knee.
How do you think you have most improved since working with Fitness Together?
I think my flexibility and balance have improved the most, and again my ability to, due to the amazing staff, to commit to this!
How has Fitness Together helped you with nutrition?
Yes, in general the trainers will advise and answer questions but I have not participated in a nutrition program. A special shout out to PJ who helped me get a start with meal planning.
What do you like the most about the staff or atmosphere?
The atmosphere is comfortable and I never feel “out of place” like I have felt at traditional gyms. The staff is outstanding and it means quite a bit to me that they help/work around any injuries.
Do you have any funny or inspiring tales of Fitness Together antics?
Hmmm...I am inspired by the staff’s dedication to their own nutrition, health and workouts. Funny tales??? I’m always surprised people still like my cupcakes!! [We will never tire of your amazing red velvet cupcakes, Paula]
