Training Frequency: Carly does 3-4 one-on-one sessions each week.
Cardio Frequency: Carly gets in 45 minutes of cardio on the treadmill or elliptical at least 4 to 5 times a week. Go Carly!
Nutrition: Carly eats 4 or 5 times each day, always making sure she is getting her proper ratio of proteins, carbs, and fats.
Results: Carly has been working extremely hard since starting here at Fitness Together back in the fall. Since the end of October, she has dropped 11 lbs and over 5% body fat. Great job Carly!
