1. How often do you workout at FT?
I Work out at FT 3 days per week.
2. How often and for how long do you do cardio at FT and on your own?
Ill come in before my sessions to do cardio and I like to hike a lot in my free time.
3. What does your daily nutrition look like?
My meals are spaced out throughout the day. They are smaller but I eat more often through out the daily to hit my daily macros. I eat the Fitness Together nutrition way.
4. What do you feel FT has helped you with the most?
FT has helped me learn more about nutrition and learning about my macros. I have a better understanding on which foods are right for me.
5. How do you think you have most improved since working with FT?
I am much stronger and in better shape. I am much more knowledge about how to eat healthy and how to exercise correctly. I used to do some diets and workouts before FT that were not that effective.
Adriaan has dropped 22lb since she has joined us back in February! Her strength has increased and her overall knowledge on fitness has expanded.
