What was your reason for starting at Fitness Together?
I had gotten very out of shape and was at a point where I felt I couldn’t pull myself out of this tailspin on my own. I am also getting older and thinking about retirement and want to be physically able to do what I want to do.
What has Fitness Together helped you with most?
Getting back on track with a regular fitness routine and holding me accountable for sticking with it. I have much more energy and feel much better with fewer aches and pains.
How do you think you have most improved since working with Fitness Together?
Being accountable to myself and sticking with a program.
What do you like the most about the staff or atmosphere?
Everyone is helpful and welcoming. The atmosphere is a comfortable one. I don’t feel like a fish out of water like I would in a big gym with a bunch of extremely fit 20 year old’s. Everyone here seems to genuinely care.
Do you have any funny or inspiring tales of Fitness Together antics?
Somehow I always end up talking about dogs with every trainer. In our PACK sometimes, we play “name that 80’s song.”
Whitney has been firing on all cylinders. Since becoming a member, Whitney has dropped 9% body fat, and more than doubled her plank and pushups. She is always a positive and motivating member of our PACKS. Keep up the great work, Whitney!
