The numbers don’t lie Lauren has lost 15 pounds, decreased her Body Fat % by 3.4, decreased your resting heart rate by 10 BPM, increased her push-ups from 10 to 31 and increased her flexibility by 2.5 inches! Amazing!

What was your reason for starting at Fitness Together?
I needed a lifestyle - exercise and nutrition - change, and knew from past experience that I would have the best chance of success with an accountability partner or partners to check in with and help keep me on track. I saw an ad for Fitness Together around then and it seemed like a good fit.
What has Fitness Together helped you with most?
Exercise has become a regular part of my life again. Over the last six months, since I started with FT, I've been working out six days a week, generally, and really notice how much I miss it if I can't get a workout - even a walk - in on a particular day. I'm happier, more patient, and glad to be teaching my kids, by example, that exercise is critical for a happy, healthy life.
How do you think you have most improved since working with Fitness Together?
I'm stronger, calmer, and more confident. I see it the most in every day functionality; it's easier to pick up and carry the kids for example, but I also love challenging my husband to plank holds (and beating him).
What do you like the most about the staff or atmosphere?
FT feels like a family - warm greetings each morning, genuine care about how our lives are going, and celebration of milestones (for both clients and staff). Coming to workout can feel like getting together with friends.
