1. What was your reason for starting at Fitness Together? I wanted to improve my health and get stronger. I needed a trainer to help push me as it is too easy to give up—they know when to add extra weight and reps!
2. How do you think you have improved since working with Fitness Together? I’m stronger, my flexibility and balance have increased, and my cardiovascular ability has improved.
3. Are you eating the Fitness Together nutrition way? Yes, I’m trying my best to follow my trainers’ advice!
4. How has Fitness Together helped you with your nutrition? My awareness of macros and portion size has increased.
5. What do you like the most about the staff or atmosphere? Everybody (staff and clients) are so positive and encouraging! All of the trainers make the sessions fun even though it’s physically really challenging.
6. Do you have any funny or inspiring tales of Fitness Together antics? The trainers are amazing—the “this is my happy place” sign is so true because of them!
Since joining Fitness Together, Trish has dramatically improved her recovery heart rate from 150 to 106, nearly doubled the number of push ups she can complete, and decreased her body fat by 2%!
