Only 12 more days until Santa comes, and as the holidays get busy, we often disregard time for exercise. But no more Excuses! Here is a workout you can do right in your home and will take you no more than 20 minutes. Grab your family and sing along to this holiday workout!

THE 12 DAYS OF FITNESS HOME WORKOUT

1 Plank for 30 s

2 burpees

3 pushups

4 star jumps

5 inchworms

6 mountain climbers

7 jumping jax

8 high knees (each leg)

9 reverse lunges

10 squat jumps

11 plank jax

12 sit ups

REPEAT 2-3X
