THE 12 DAYS OF FITNESS HOME WORKOUT
1 Plank for 30 s
2 burpees
3 pushups
4 star jumps
5 inchworms
6 mountain climbers
7 jumping jax
8 high knees (each leg)
9 reverse lunges
10 squat jumps
11 plank jax
12 sit ups
REPEAT 2-3X
