Fitness Together Belleair

I grew up in Southwick, MA my whole life up until last year. I decided that I had enough of the cold winters up north and moved down to Clearwater, FL in 2015. I went to high school at Southwick Tolland Regional High School in Southwick, MA.  then went to Westfield State University in Westfield,  MA

My parents names are Dan and Joanne. I have a younger sister named Melissa and a Younger brother named Mark who are both in college right now. I have a girlfriend named Laura who was my college sweatheart.

Ever since I could even walk I was always interested in team sports. I started playing soccer, baseball, and basketball since the age of 5 or 6 all the way through high school. I played strictly soccer in college for Westfield State University. I absolutely love the outdoors and getting involved in outdoor sports like skiing and surfing. Sports is the reason why I became so interested in health and fitness. Recently I decided to take my weight training to the next level and started competing in men's physique competitions and instantly fell in love with it.

I continue to play sports just as I did when i was a kid. I get involved in different leagues around the county and am currently playing in some local soccer leagues.

Being a part of team sports with a variety of coaches and players I've met in my life I've always wanted to be the one who people look to for motivation. Whether it's in the gym or on the playing field, I want to be someone who can inspire others to push themselves to greater achievements.

A major goal of mine is to be a gym/studio owner in the future as well as an owner of a new fitness brand. Another interest of mine is to attain a pro card in men's physique to compete in professional events in my division.

What I enjoy the most about being a personal trainer is the diversity of clients that I get to work with. Everyone has their own personal goals and objectives which is exciting for us trainers to help design the programs that suit their needs. I love the independence of the career to explore and research new and unique ideas.

For those who are interested in personal training, I would say if you have a desire for furthering yourself no matter your current condition then personal training is the perfect choice. Being involved in the fitness lifestyle outside of work will make you a better person overall.
