As we get older, we let things slip; in particular, physical exercise becomes boring and no longer results in that beautiful body we once enjoyed. We experience an overwhelming desire to "decline gradually and gracefully". Problem is, the decline is neither graceful nor gradual: the result is a body that carries more fat and less muscle; depleting our energy and that feeling of well-being.
