Slowly getting off meds!

I have been at Fitness Together for almost 2 months. I feel so much better since I have started! My clothes are baggy because I have lost 13 pounds! (Of course there are more pounds to shed so shopping will have to wait.) I have been on a low dosage of blood pressure medicine for several years. I have noticed that my blood pressure has remained lower than normal for several weeks now. My doctor told me today to split my pills in half starting tomorrow. He wants me to continue keeping up the good work and I may be able to get off the pills altogether. Yah!!
