Oh yeah.... possibly my favorite vegetable.  Grill it, roast it or steam it, either way you’ll be getting over 100% of your recommended daily allowance (RDA) of vitamin k (essential for bone health and proper blod clotting), in just a few bites. Delicious dressed with just a touch of olive oil and grilled; I like a little bit of minced garlic on it too.
