Our classes are an extension of our Small Group Training program.
How are we different?
Class Size: Each class accepts up to 10 people - keeping the group small allows for supervision, guidance and some personalized instruction.
Experienced Instructors: Classes are led by experienced personal trainers, so you can be assured that you will get a good workout.
Flexibility: Exercises are scalable which allows friends at different fitness levels to exercise together. There is no need to leave a class because you can't keep up. Our instructors recognize the level you need to be working at and suggest modifications.
