Having a hard time keeping your kids active?  Here is a simple workout put together by Shelby, one of our Personal Trainers here at FT Ashland.  *It is important to take this workout as a guide and be sure kids are paying attention to how they are feeling.  All exercises involving jumping can be modified to fit beginner participants.  Need some help with modifications?  Just ask.  We would be happy to offer some free suggestions.
