What Cindi has to say about FT.....

I've been working with the personal trainers at Fitness Together for 4 months and have never felt stronger or healthier! I needed to be in a program where I could be accountable and encouraged while getting fit. The trainers encourage me while challenging me to work hard, and they laugh with me as I grumble and laugh. The studio is small and personal, and I like not being in view of a lot of other people working out. I have never been a person who likes exercise, but realizing that I was only going to keep gaining weight over the years unless I did something that worked got me to join Fitness Together. I am so glad I did! I actually look forward to going, even though it can be hard, and I feel disappointed when it is not a day I am scheduled to work out. This is amazing to me. I enjoy that the trainers have me work specific muscle groups and change up my routine to keep improving my muscle tone. I am never bored! 
Being a client at Fitness Together is truly an investment in my health and I love feeling strong and seeing the scale go down!!!
