Katie Ashpole, BA
Manager/Personal Trainer
Katie is a graduate of North Central College where she earned her Bachelor's degree in exercise science with minors in coaching and psychology. She is currently certified in CPR and AED. Katie's love for fitness started with a passion for soccer; playing fourteen years as well as in college. Her love for weight training began in high school when her varsity team started lifting regularly. Her ultimate passion lays in weight training and bodybuilding; she is planning and preparing for bodybuilding competitions on a daily basis. She also enjoys cardio and outdoor fitness activities. Katie takes her passion and translates it into educating her clients in the areas of strength training, cardio, and especially clean nutrition.

Melissa Bell, BS
Personal Trainer
Melissa is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Chicago where she earned a B.S. in Movement Sciences. She also graduated from the National Personal Training Institute in Lisle, IL. She is currently certified through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). Melissa played softball earlier in life. She is currently interested in boxing and her goal is to train professionally in the near future. She enjoys any activity that can be done outside including hiking and biking. She also competes in a 5K race every December and is looking forward to competing in more. Melissa would like to continue her education and get her Masters degree in Applied Exercise Physiology. Her goal is to share her passion of health and fitness with each client and to teach them how to achieve this on their own.

Sean Langford, BS
Personal Trainer
Sean is a graduate of Western Illinois University where he earned his B.S. in Exercise Science, while minoring in nutrition. He is currently studying to become a Certified Strengthening and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. His passion for fitness began in high school as a multi-sport athlete, and continued to grow as a way of life in college. He enjoys weight training and aerobic exercise. Sean thoroughly enjoys personal training and finds great satisfaction in helping people reach their fitness goals.

Bill Kaplan, BS
Personal Trainer
Bill is a graduate of Indiana University where he earned his B.S. in Kinesiology majoring as a Fitness Specialist. He is currently certified through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). His interest for fitness started when he was growing up as a multi-sport athlete. As an athlete, weight training naturally became a big interest. He enjoys the outdoors and any fitness activities that come along with it. Bill specializes in functional training, weight loss, strength training, and endurance training. His goal as a Personal Trainer is helping his clients reach their goals and attain healthier lifestyles.
