Dusty DeGroff
Manager
Trainer
BA CSCS
I was born and raised in Steamboat CO. I have always been extremely active throughout my life. I grew up in the mountains being very active either skiing, hiking, backpacking, fishing and road biking. You will always find me in the mountains enjoying Colorado wilderness. I have a degree from Metropolitan State College of Denver in Exercise Science with a minor in Nutrition. I’m currently a Certified Sports Conditioning Specialist with the National Strength and Conditioning Association. I have a passion for Diet and Exercise and love seeing people reach their goals with my help. I help people make a lifestyle change instead of just going on a “diet” for a few months.

Andrew Gibbons
Trainer

Andrew is a native of Boston, Massachusetts and has lived on the west coast the past couple of years. He found his love of personal training while living in California and getting his start in the fitness industry.
He just relocated to Colorado this year and is here to stay. He played baseball and football in high school as well as rugby in college. He loves working with a wide variety of people and helping them reach their fitness goals. He enjoys the creative side of personal training because every person and every day is completely different.
Andrew enjoys forming strong bonds with his clients while pushing them towards the best shape of their lives. He is certified through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and also holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Marist College (NY).
He is excited for the opportunity to help people change their lives and to begin his career at Fitness Together in Denver.

Thomas Raiola
Trainer
Hired Spring 2010
My name is Thomas Raiola. I was born and raised in Colorado. All my life I have been competing in some kind of sport: Tae Kwon Do, basketball, wrestling, and football. Striving to be the best in everything I do, I absorb as much knowledge about that specific mission as possible and then utilize it through hard work and determination.
I have played football as long as I could remember. At Standley Lake High School I was named the first linebacker in the schools history to receive First Team All- Conference. My team awarded me Team Captain and Iron Man (hardest worker in the weight room).
I attended New Mexico Highlands University and graduated with a B.S. in Exercise Science and minored in Coaching. Participated in four year of collegiate football and named Second Team All-Conference as a junior.
After graduation I moved to Maine where I was a Cardio Kickboxing Instructor and a Personal Trainer. Recently moved back to my home state and eager to assist my clients to reach their goals and to keep them improving their over all health.
There is something that is in all of us and it is called the “It Factor”. As a trainer I push my clients beyond their limits so they can discover their own “It Factor” and reach their ultimate goal!

Katie McGrail
Trainer
My name is Katie, and I am a Colorado native. Exercise, sports, and fitness have been a part of my life since the day I could walk; having participated multiple years in basketball, soccer, swimming, tennis, and dance. I graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with a degree in Sports and Exercise Science with a minor in Nutrition. Halfway through college when I was personal training cancer patients and survivors I realized that health and fitness weren’t just things I chose to participate in, but are rather the foundation to who I am as a person. Being healthy isn’t a fad diet that can be applied before bikini season or a high school reunion; it’s a lifestyle that should be activated at all times. I love enabling people to reach their goals and empowering them to realize their full potential, and I’m here to light the fire, spark the passion, and motivate my clients to get to where they want and deserve to be.
