Fitness Together has led the industry for one-on-one personal fitness training. Whether you are looking to lose weight, tone and tighten muscles or simply work toward better health, Fitness Together pairs you with a personal fitness trainer in a private setting equipped with a workout plan tailored just for you.

At Fitness Together, we are about one client, one trainer and one goal.

    After spending 22 years in the U.S Army, I had old nagging back and neck injuries, I also had a recent fall off a ladder which was causing me considerable shoulder pain.  At age 66, I had let myself get sadly out of shape through laziness and excuses like being too busy and a fear of aggravating my existing injuries.  At Fitness Together Aaron designed a program for me to increase my flexibility, strength and reduce unwanted body fat.  I have been training about 6 months now and I've lost 22 lbs of body fat.  That is wonderful, however I've benefited most from things like, being able to do exercises without pain now, my posture is great, I feel YOUNGER, I'm sleeping better and have more energy!  All of this was done in a very positive, professional atmosphere and I look forward to my sessions!

    My personal road to fitness STARTED at Fitness Together - Kingspointe Village (61st/Yale). It is the single best investment I've ever made. About a year and a half later, I regularly run and workout no less than 3 days per week, have lost about 40-45 lbs, and am in the best shape of my life. Two weeks ago, I ran my first 10k. Hey, ask my FT Trainer Rodney if after watching my first workout he'd ever have guessed I'd EVER run a 10k!  I have surpassed both mine and his goals and I love it!

    Being a Heart Patient I was worried I couldn't tolerate a lot of exercise I also had a lot of pain in my shoulder. Five months into the program I have more energy and stamina than I have in years.  I have dropped 4 inches in my waist and lost about 10 lbs. I have alleviated the pain I once had in my shoulder, and overall I feel great!

    Its amazing what can be accomplished when you SELL out to FITNESS! Kenny is a proud Member of our 3x a week Guys Pack. He SOLD OUT to Fitness on March 12th commiting to eating healthy and exercise.  In addition to his Fitness Together workouts He consistently does cardio on off days some days even doing two-a-days.

    Kenny achieved these outstanding results despite coming off a badly broken foot with ongoing complications.  Most of the cardio was limited to biking and some elliptical.

    So if you see Kenny give him a well deserved Atta Boy!

  • Wade Bietz
    Location Manager

    Wade has been interest in fitness since he was a young. He played sports in school that made him grow to love fitness more. He attended the University Of Oklahoma where he became interested in fitness training. Prior to working at Fitness Together Wade worked in the medical field for fifteen years. Then he came back to his passion of helping others reach their fitness goals. Wade has been on both sides of fitness, both in shape and out of shape once weighing 245 pounds and thru his knowledge he was able to lose 45 pounds in a short period of time.     Weston grew up just north of Tahlequah in Peggs, Oklahoma. He has been involved in multiple sports his entire life. Qualifying for state 2 times in high-jump and a starter on a State Semifinal Basketball team. He received his Bachelor Degree of Science in Health and Human Performance from Northeastern State University. Wes states, "He thinks it is best to focus on the individual needs of each client and help them  develop a healthier lifestyle by finding out what physical activity they enjoy and incorporating that into their workouts."

    Fitness Specialist

    Shannon was born and raised in Tulsa, OK and moved back to her hometown after spending several years in Stillwater at Oklahoma State University – needless to say she’s a Cowboy!  She earned her bachelor’s degree in Nutritional Sciences and her master’s degree in Health & Human Performance.  Shannon is an avid runner and workout enthusiast, recently completing her second marathon and always looking forward to the next training challenge.  She has a passion for all things fitness and genuinely desires to help individuals achieve their personal goals to reach their fullest potential.  Shannon enjoys spending time with her family and friends, anything outdoors and trying out new recipes in the kitchen.  She is excited to join the team at Fitness Together and looks forward to helping many people achieve their goals!
