At Fitness Together you'll get a workout designed for you and you alone. You'll get a  certified personal trainer who will push you just hard enough to get the results you've been looking for. And you'll do it all in the privacy of our beautiful training suites.

Fitness Together has led the industry for one-on-one personal fitness training. Whether you are looking to lose weight, tone and tighten muscles or simply work toward better health, Fitness Together pairs you with a personal fitness trainer in a private setting equipped with a workout plan tailored just for you.

At Fitness Together, we are about one client, one trainer and one goal.

     Have you tried other fitness programs before? If so how does this compare?

    Before going to Fitness Together I was a member at serveral gyms but never got the results I was looking for.  I recently got an offer to go to New York to meet with some modeling acencies.  I decided to take my physcial fitness seriously and contacted Aaron and Bethany at the Fitness Together in Tulsa.  They were both really nice and excited about helping me meet my personal goals.  They gave me a customized day-by-day menu and a shopping list that was unique for me and my goals.  Three days a week I came in and worked with Aaron.  He changed the routine everyday and gave me a variety of exercises, that helped a lot because I never got bored like I did at the big gyms.  I always looked forward to my training sessions at Fitness Together. 

    Have you noticed a difference in Productivity levels at work/home?

     I have tons of energy now, which is pretty interesting to me because I am a restuarant manager and used to spending all day running around.  Now I get off work and don't crash, I actually have energy left over!

    When you started did you have any injuries or special needs you were concerned about? If so how where those addressed?

     I did not have any injuries but I was concerned about putting on muscle.  Aaron was very aware of this and made sure to give me work outs that toned and lengthened my body.  I don't think a lot of women want to look like body builders.  My body looks toned and lean now!  It gave me the extra confidence I needed to go to New York.

    Anything else you would like to add about your experience and results at Fitness Together?

     It was amazing for me.  It kept me motivated and didn't allow me to stray from my goals.  I accomplished everything that I wanted and received a modeling contract from my New York trip!  Bethany and Aaron are great people and I couldn't have asked for a more positive experience or results. !

    What a fantastic ride with tremendous results. My life has changed dramatically for the good. 
     
    When I started on November 1st, we set a goal to drop from 241 to 215 by March 15th. Goal accomplished. With the leadership and guidance of Aaron Henson at Fitness Together I made it. Not only did I make it, I did it during basketball season. This is when I travel the most and face the most dietary adversity (pizza). It's extremely difficult to eat well on the road. I did my best.
     
    Where there were no excuses were the workouts. At home, it was work with FT. On the road I had to find stairs, a treadmill, a workout room in the hotel or just start hammering out pushups and squats in the room.

    I did that.
     
    I didn't get to 215 until the day of the final weigh in. It was very gratifying to achieve what I set out to. It was life changing.
     
    Through FT I chopped 7 minutes off my 5k time. Took my pushup max from 24 to over 50. I lost massive amounts of body fat. My confidence is at an all time high and I love the way I look. I'll also say that 90 percent of my clothes don't come close to fitting any longer. THAT is a wonderful problem to have!!
     
    I'm extremely thankful for my relationship with the good folks at FT. Working out has become an obsession. I'm almost 35 and in the best shape since high school. You can do it to.

    Fitness Specialist

    Weston grew up just north of Tahlequah in Peggs, Oklahoma. He has been involved in multiple sports his entire life. Qualifying for state 2 times in high-jump and a starter on a State Semifinal Basketball team. He received his Bachelor Degree of Science in Health and Human Performance from Northeastern State University. Wes states, "He thinks it is best to focus on the individual needs of each client and help them  develop a healthier lifestyle by finding out what physical activity they enjoy and incorporating that into their workouts."

    Location Manager

    Wade has been interest in fitness since he was a young. He played sports in school that made him grow to love fitness more. He attended the University Of Oklahoma where he became interested in fitness training. Prior to working at Fitness Together Wade worked in the medical field for fifteen years. Then he came back to his passion of helping others reach their fitness goals. Wade has been on both sides of fitness, both in shape and out of shape once weighing 245 pounds and thru his knowledge he was able to lose 45 pounds in a short period of time.     Bethany grew up in Tulsa, OK and enjoys helping others become healthy and live healthier lives. She has a Bachelor's degree in Health Promotion from Oklahoma State University. If you think she looks familiar you may know her from her days at St. Francis's Health Zone or recognize her as the smiling face that greeted you at Dr. Whitlock DDS.  She has a yoga background and often incorprates that into her training.  Bethany prides herself in helping her clients not just look better, but feel better!  She loves working at Fitness Together!

    Shannon was born and raised in Tulsa, OK and moved back to her hometown after spending several years in Stillwater at Oklahoma State University – needless to say she’s a Cowboy!  She earned her bachelor’s degree in Nutritional Sciences and her master’s degree in Health & Human Performance.  Shannon is an avid runner and workout enthusiast, recently completing her second marathon and always looking forward to the next training challenge.  She has a passion for all things fitness and genuinely desires to help individuals achieve their personal goals to reach their fullest potential.  Shannon enjoys spending time with her family and friends, anything outdoors and trying out new recipes in the kitchen.  She is excited to join the team at Fitness Together and looks forward to helping many people achieve their goals!

    Owner/Fitness Specialist

    Aaron grew up in Okmulgee, OK owns both Fitness Together South Tulsa and Fitness Together Kingspointe Village. He has always been active and involved in multiple sports growing up, he played basketball collegiately at Carl Albert State College and Oklahoma Wesleyan University.  He has always enjoyed teaching, he became WSI certified and started a swim lesson business at the young age of 17 and new then he wanted to help people. He was worked with a wide client base from 12-84 years of age.  Assisted clients with weight loss, muscle gain, injury rehab and much more! Training full time for the past 6 years he has conducted over 7,000 training sessions.  He also is quick witted and ensures his clients have a laugh or two with their workouts.  Email him if you have questions?
