Q: How can I see results quickly?
A: That depends on how quickly we can help you integrate the program into your life. Obviously, the more you can follow the program we put together for you, the faster you will see the results you’re looking for. The majority of our clients generally feel better and have a LOT more energy within the first couple weeks, begin losing weight and inches in the first month, and will typically lose anywhere from 4-12% body fat after about three to four months time. For some examples of what’s possible, take a look at what other clients in our program have achieved. Their results are VERY substantial!
Q: How long are your personal training sessions?
A: Each session is 45 minutes but we encourage our personal training clients to come in a few minutes before their session to warm up on our cardio equipment. After your session we suggest cooling down a minimum of 5 minutes or for maximum fat burning you can add in 15-20 min of cardio after your session. So, plan on spending anywhere 45-80 minutes at each personal training session.
Q: How long until I see results?
A: We assess our clients every 6-8 weeks. This is enough time to show statistically significant results for most people. Our clients who have followed our complete weekly plan and journaled their healthy nutrition plans have consistently seen results, including remarkable improvements in strength and endurance during this period. Like most things in life, the more YOU put into it, the more YOU will get out of it.
Q: How many times a week does the typical client work out?
A: This depends primarily on your fitness goals. Typically our personal training clients prefer to come in 3 days a week for better results. Training less often tends to slow down progress. Of course, clients that wish to achieve rapid results can come in more often to really accelerate their fat loss and/or muscle growth.
Q: I have a VERY busy schedule, and I’m concerned about being able to fit a fitness routine into my life. How can you help me?
A: The majority of our clients all lead busy lives balancing their career and family life. This is why our clients have found having an appointment to workout and fit exercise into their life is very important tomaking sure they do what’s necessary to take care of themselves. If you’re busy too, then it’s even more important that you DO make time for exercise so you can have more energy and be able to handle the demands of a hectic schedule. We work around your schedule, with training sessions starting as early as 6am and going straight through to 9 at night. Surely, we have a time that we can make work for you. In fact, having a set appointment will make it easy for you to get in and out of the studio efficiently. Even if you can only fit 3 sessions a week into your schedule, making time for yourself is important and will be MUCH better than doing nothing.

Q: What about nutrition? I know that’s a big piece of the puzzle to getting in shape and improving my health over the long term. How can you help me with that?
A: Nutrition is a MAJOR piece of getting in shape and improving your health. In fact, it’s the foundation of everything when it comes to ramping up your metabolism and getting your body to burn fat and build muscle. We spend a lot of time working with all our clients on this aspect of their program. When we begin working together we’ll schedule a special nutrition consultation with you to design a nutrition program that works for you using our Nutrition Together Program. But don’t worry, you won’t be starved for food or anything like that.
Most of our clients end up eating MORE than they used to, but now with healthier choices of foods. We’ll also spend time reviewing the importance of nutritional supplementation with you. It’s important that you fill in the voids in what you’re not getting from your diet, and always have good nutrition options that are balanced, convenient, and easy to prepare- so you keep your “metabolic fire” burning!
Q: What if I have a friend or spouse that wants to workout with me, can they join the program too?
A: Absolutely! Many of our clients bring a friend or spouse to workout with. They set the same work out times and workout with their own trainers so the program remains very personalized and focused. During the cardiovascular part of the program clients enjoy socializing. We find this can make your workouts even more fun and having additional support in your life to accomplish your goals is always a good thing! Just let us know if you have a friend or your spouse in mind to workout with you, and we’ll have you both in for a consultation.
Q: What if I have injuries or I’m REALLY out of shape (it’s been a while since I worked out) can you still help me?
A: Yes, we can. We’ll review this in more detail in your introductory consultation and initial fitness assessment, but we make sure to start your program at the right pace for you. Your safety is our first and foremost concern.
All our trainers are degreed and nationally certified, and go through a rigorous inhouse training program with very specific protocols for working with people with all types of conditions and fitness levels. We’ve worked with clients that have had all types of injuries in the past including hip and knee replacements, stroke, heart attacks, MS, fibromyalgia, and more. Please let us know about your specific conditions and we’ll let you know how we can help. Also, we offer a Physicians Communication Program to coordinate with your doctor on your program and make sure you get the complete care you need. We’re here to help and be part of your
recovery and goal achievement team!
Q: Your program sounds great, but is it expensive? What are your rates?
A: The investment in our program depends on you. We have clients that train anywhere from 2-6 times per week depending on their schedules, motivation, and budget. But in general the investment runs between $29-$79 per session. You can purchase sessions in “Bulk” to discount your rate, but keep in mind this is an investment in your health, and without your health… what do you really have?
Q: Your program sounds interesting. But I’ve tried lots of ways to get in shape in the past and I know there are lots of health clubs, weight loss centers, and other places around town that all say “their program is the best”. How are you different?
A: We have a saying around here that “when you train with the best, you don’t have to suffer like the rest.”
Almost all our clients have tried different ways to get in shape in the past. Some of those programs have given them some short term results, most have failed miserably. Our program differs from everything else out there because we don’t just give you an exercise program, we spend time working with you to cover EVERYTHING you need to get in and stay in shape - once-and-for-all.
Our programs cover all six areas of nutrition, supplementation, resistance training, cardiovascular exercise, flexibility, and coaching. Our entire staff is has at least a Bachelors Degree in the Exercise Sciences and is certified by nationally accredited agencies and the top fitness organizations in the country.
