right now there are a lot of people in the world claiming there ability to teach fitness, or to train.  The reality is that it takes a lot of schooling to truly understand the mechanics behind the human body and how it responds(individually) to fitness training.  With so many new fitness trends, and all my years in the fitness world ive come across a ton of junk information, the newest one comes with the fitness craze barre (although some poorly informed pilates instructors may advocate the same thing)...that is "long and Lean" muscles...
